I was asked to join the band GUILTY on their weekend tour in Finland. They wanted me to document the tour, inbetween shows. About 2 weeks later we went to face the finnish winter, that did'nt pass by unnoticed. 6 of 9 guys in the van got a flu from hell, that came with 40°C fever and hospital visits. But still, played all of their shows as scheduled.

Touring is not a vacation, as most people seem to think. It's long drives and hard work, and it's certainly not profitable. A tour is more likely to burn a hole in your wallet rather than filling it. It leads to band members getting fired from, or havig to quit, their jobs and screwing up their studies just to do what they love - go on tour with their band and play music with their friends.


It's all about dedication and a love for the music.
